Illinois was built on hard work, strong families, safe communities, and personal responsibility. It’s time we return to those principles.

My name is Jakob Harnesk, and I believe government should serve the people — not control them, ignore them, or overburden them. Families deserve safer neighborhoods, lower taxes, stronger schools, and real economic opportunity. Small businesses deserve the freedom to grow without excessive regulation. Communities deserve leaders who listen and act with integrity.

Over the coming years, I will be traveling across Illinois, listening to residents and building a platform focused on restoring accountability, protecting our communities, and strengthening the foundation that makes this state worth fighting for.
